b. Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive an incorrect product that does not match your order, we will gladly accept a return or issue a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange the return process at no cost to you.

c. Customization Errors
If your order includes custom-made products and there is a mistake in the customization (e.g., wrong logo, color, or design), we will work with you to resolve the issue through a return or exchange.
